I can replicate this issue by adding a different user to the full access permissions and send as permissions and allowing the mailbox to auto map to their outlook profile.

The users mailbox works fine, can send and receive mail with no issue.

Sometimes the user can get it to open by opening and closing Outlook however this does not always work.

Error received stating 'Unable to open folder'.
